Well Iwas just reading that we haven’t heard the last of the formerly called swine flu. Every year well meaning people try to get me to take the flu shot but the flus seem to keep changing faster than the vaccines. Personally I use to take a tablet that combined Vitamin C, enchinea and some other herbs, roots, and berries. In my opinion it worked wonders but apparently has since been discontinued. Now they sell straight Vitamin C tablets and capsules containing a grassy like substance calling it enchinea. If I take the two diffrent items, even if I take them at the same time, they don’t seem to have the desired effect. Maybe it was one of the other items in the tablet that acted as catalyst between the two, or maybe the grassy enchinea isn’t the same as the formerly processed enchinea. Having no idea how it was processed into the tablet form. What do you think?

This is a new blog created by a new blogger and therefore wrought with errors. Be kind and we’ll all get along fine. I use to write quite a bit when I was younger but haven’t been doing so for awhile. I hear it’s like riding a bicycle, I was never good at riding a bicycle. In writing just this little bit I swear I could hear my english teacher correcting my grammar! Spelling and grammar where never me strong suit, I got my grades for research and creativity then they would deduct for spelling and grammar. Constructive comments and criticism and helpful suggestions are welcome. If your just running amok and causing trouble please go elsewhere.
